How it works
If you find the exact same ticket prices cheaper on another website at anytime during your purchase date or within 24 hours of successfully purchasing tickets, you can submit a request to get your best rate. If it meets our criteria, we will match the price and refund the difference.

If you find a better price at another park, make sure you:
- The deal is for the same ticket package.
- The ticket deal is immediately purchasable.
- You have purchased through kimtampark.com within the last 24 hours.

Once the request has been received, our team will confirm that the competing deal is indeed valid.
If you had already purchased, we will provide you the difference via a refund to your credit card.

Your claim must be submitted within 24 hours after purchasing on kimtampark.com and is subject to the Best Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions. A kimtampark.com representative will review your claim and contact you regarding the status of your claim within 72 hours of submitting.
