Deposit & Cancelation Policy

When booking the venue, a refundable security deposit of $200 is required to secure your chosen date. This deposit does not count towards the total rental fee, which must be paid in full before the event. If the rental guidelines are not followed or any damage occurs, deductions will be made from the deposit. The deposit will be returned via mailed check within a month of the event’s completion.

In the case of event cancellation, any paid fees will be forfeited if the cancellation happens within 7 days of the event date. A $100.00 deposit will be forfeited if the event is canceled within 14 days of the event date. If cancellation occurs before the 30-day period prior to the event, a $50.00 re-booking fee will be forfeited. If rescheduling is necessary, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
