First time here, kids and I had a great time. Not overly crowded, plenty of room to swim and sit. Bathroom and changing rooms are clean. Air compressor to inflate floaties. Concession stand with drinks, ice cream, burgers etc. Grounds are nice and clean. You can rent cabanas and grills here too. Thank you for giving families a great place to go when it’s hot.

This is a great family place. You can rent a pavilion for parties. They also have lots of picnic table and grills. The have a deep end with 2 diving boards. They have a shallow side with slides for the kids. The have lots of lifeguards on duty. They walk around watching everything. Very clean beach. Lots of snacks at the concession stand. Restrooms were very clean. All of the toilets in the woman’s had actually gotten clogged. They had someone out within a half hour to get it fixed. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely go back!

1What are the water park hours at Kim Tam Park at Melanie springs?
For water park hours, You can arrive as early as 10:00 am on the days we are open.
2Are pets allowed? Service animals?
For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the Park. If you would like information on a full service kennel in the Akron area, select the links below. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the park. For the health and safety of our guests, service animals are not allowed in the water, beach and picnic areas of the water park. Doing so will result in your removal from the park.

3Can we bring our own food?
Yes! In fact we encourage it! Pack a cooler and pack the family bring them all! Just pay the small 5$ cooler fee!

5What do I need to get into the park?
Everyone 18 years or older is required to have ID at gate to enter Kim Tam Park. 16 Years and younger requires parental signature at gate
6Are we allowed to bring our own grills?
We provide charcoal grills at the park. You have two options: you can bring your own bag of charcoal or use your small Coleman camping stove. However, please note that the stove cannot be placed on any of our wooden tables.
